Prof. Dr. Amret Thepma, participated in the University of Phayao project promoting ethics, morality, and transparency under good governance principles, featuring a lecture by a NACC Region 5 senior investigator on the No Gift Policy and ethical property acceptance criteria at Room CE11206, Learning Center Building, University of Phayao.
On Monday, 11 May 2026, the Faculty of Architecture and Fine Arts, University of Phayao, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Amret Thepma, Dean, and faculty personnel, participated in the Project Promoting Morality, Ethics, and Transparency under the Good Governance Principles of the University of Phayao. The session addressed two key topics: "Promoting Ethics and Morality Alongside Driving the No Gift Policy" and "Practices for Ethical Property Acceptance," organized by the Legal Division, University of Phayao, at Room CE11206, Learning Center Building, University of Phayao.
The project aimed to promote knowledge and understanding of morality, ethics, and good governance principles, as well as to build awareness of the No Gift Policy and correct, transparent, and fair practices for accepting property or any other benefits. The session was honored by Mr. Watcharin Khamma, Senior Investigator, Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC), Region 5, as the keynote speaker. He delivered lectures on three key topics: "Principles of Morality and Ethics for University of Phayao Personnel," "Concepts and Importance of the No Gift Policy and Correct Practices: Accepting, Declining, and Reporting Correctly," and "Criteria for Ethical Property Acceptance." These sessions were designed to strengthen knowledge, understanding, and correct practical guidelines for university executives and personnel.
